I really like this subway. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because their morning hours hit-and-miss. They're supposed to open at 6:00, but sometimes they do it and sometimes they don't. So, don't count on stopping to get your lunch because the odds are, even at 7:00, no one will be there. Two times a week I wanted to stop and they were closed. What Elizabeth Moore doesn't like about Subway:
Ordered online. Drove from McConnelsville to Duncan Falls and picked up the order, brought the subs home, my husbands sub was completely wrong except for chicken and bread. Nobody was inside eating and there were two girls working. Tried calling. And calling. And calling. And calling. No answer, and this was before 7PM. No answer. Best service I’ve ever had at a subway, even had an employee come up while I was enjoying my food to ask if it was good. 10/10 would eat here again.
