Big portions, good food, reasonable prices and good service.I'm glad to see a new ethnic restaurant in Duncan and particularly happy that it's an Indian restaurant. What User doesn't like about Heritage Indian cuisine:
We had been here once before in early spring of 2017 and it was okay. Decided to give it another try. Husband ordered the Goat curry which was on special. He wasn't happy with the quality of the meat; not only was it all bone, with little or no meat at all. My dish was okay, but mostly sauce. Rich flavours and large portions. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend the fish pakoras for an appetizer!

"We love going here with friends. All our meals have been delicious and the staff is very friendly. Their brunch cocktails are lots of fun. It can be busy and there is often a line. "This restaurant is hidden in the ramada inn on the transcanada highway. the service was excellent and portions great. there were gluten-free options, and the kid's meal chicken tenders was super-generous. we all enjoyed our meal here. wait-staff we patient with the fact that we wanted a leisurely meal and stayed longer than we might have. the potato skins appetizer was actually enough for a whole meal for me."

"I don't know how to give it all 5 stars. it is a true and authentic farm to table place. excellent eating, wood fire pizza are amazing I have nutritional restrictions and always feel embarrassing or sceptical that my order will be filled into busy kitchens. never at alderlea! not only does it come out ingeniously, I never have an annoyed bauch. When friends and family come into the city and ask where they want to eat when they have something local, authentic, organic or just an amazing atmosphere hands down alderlea!"
