I find it quite hard getting vegan food while out in Louth so 23 seats has become my go to as recommended by a friend. They have some good vegan options of wraps and sandwiches. I can’t lie, I always get the same cheesy vegan wrap because I can’t resists it. It’s worth noting that they do close at 4pm so if you’re out in Dundalk and don’t to 23 seats by 3pm you might not get the chance to try their delicious food. read more.

Several vegan options and good coffee. I had the veginator toastie with a cup of soup which was delicious. We were lucky to get seats as after us the place was full.
