I love this place, but they are not good with reservations or groups! Unfortunately, at 2 different places was a little rude after I was told we had a table for a birthday dinner. we landed on the way to the white marsh! they were much more accommodating! View all feedback.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The steak I ordered was supposed to be a 8oz medium cooked steak, but it was under 6oz and had no juice. The rolls were burned and dry, and despite ordering a dozen, they were all small and unappetizing. I will not be returning to this restaurant. View all feedback.
Our food was great and our server was sweet and attentive. The only bad part of our visit was the young lady who was supposedly training a person to seat guests. She was at a minimum, rude to not only her team but by making noises when the girl was trying to seat us to allowing to be seated at a dirty table. The table was for 4, had 1 plate and silverware set, no menus and sticky slimy marks on the table and food on the seats. So to make matters worse decided not to clean it just bring more plates and set them down then rolled her eyes when we said the table was dirty. Thankfully our server and the food made up for the really bad start. Still probably won't be back 3rd time qe recieved either bad service or food from this facility, very sad that people settle for mediocre when they are paying.
This is the 5th time i have order steak from this place and asked for it to be well done and this is the 5th time it’s came like this. Way to waste 175.00 since the rest of the food sucked as well. I should have went to Costa’s.

Worst waitress ever. We sat without cutlery, had to press the butter for the rolls out of the pot. the waitress finally got our order and ordered a mixed drink. drink came only when we asked. She never asked if we needed something after someone got our food and the mixed drink.
I am a frequent diner at this location (3x a week being a single person who works 12 hrs daily) I don’t have time to cook. I feed myself and my family of four here 3x a week every week. I experienced a fall on my last visit and injured both of my knees. The manager took an incident report but stated that I was drinking alcohol in the report so they wouldn’t have to pay for my medical expenses. I ultimately had to pay for my own X-rays , physical therapy and medication because I am self employed. I didn’t laugh a shot case with an attorney at that point. I only wanted them to pay for my medical expenses which totaled $1000. Which they denied my claim. I have since contacted an attorney to be reimbursed for my expenses. I am saddened my this experience since I am a loyal customer. I felt it was a small drop in the bucket for a restaurant that is so popular has a large customer base to cover my costs. Now they have lost a loyal customer and my 8 biological sisters and 3 biological brothers will no longer be attending as well as my staff, business associates and friends. It may not matter to them since they usually have a large crowd but after word of mouth and hopefully this review, the loss of revenue and the kids of reputation will. I’m very sorry all of this happened, the fall and the denial of medical expenses especially since I am an older woman and now have ongoing knee pain that I use heat and ibuprofen for relief. I’m not seeking damages just reimbursement from my medical expenses. Shame on the owner and manager of this establishment and the liability insurance company called the Hartford.
