Tonys - Dundee

Had a chipper tonight, two meals. The woman behind the counter used her hand to pick up fish and fritters for the orders. I thought this unhygienic. I will not eat here again. Not just that, it was greasy. I'll be on the lookout for somewhere else. Not recommended.

I placed an order around 4.20 pm, 20 minutes after they opened. Unfortunately, somehow 2 out of the 2 items I ordered were unavailable, so I wasn't able to have what I initially ordered. I was told I'd get a refund for one of the items, we'll see if/when this happens. The food was barely warm-ish when it arrived, it was very greasy and oily and tasted and smelled like old, used cooking oil(bear in mind I placed my order 20 mins after they opened). Very disappointed, and kinda confused because I thought it'd be pretty good based on the reviews.

Simply had beautiful fish dinner delivered crispy teig fish, piping hot, would definitely order from tony again, very delicious.

Service always excellent, a little delay, but talked to the manager who informed me how busy they were and order came with a large bottle juice as an excuse for my waiting period. excellent eating will be back:
