I have Nando's chickens for almost two decades in different parts of the world. The food is fine, but the customer service here in Dunedin Nando is the worst. I ordered online today and came 15 minutes late, but it will take 15 minutes. I came late since I never got my order on time, but 30 minutes too late is too much. What User doesn't like about Nando's Octagon:
Not pleasant when the restaurant is littered with uncleared tables strewn with food scraps. Customers including ourselves had to move other peoples rubbish to sit down and restaurant wasn’t busy. Espetada bit overcooked and no capsicum just onion View all feedback.

"Our first go at this fine eatery located in a fabulous building in our pretty city. The girls get along with the cocktails list moving upwards one cocktail at a time. Lots of laughters and gossips have a hint that the cocktails were yumm and they were doing their job. Somehow we felt that the tall, bare brick wall needed a painting. Perhaps the upbeat ,usic also felt slightly out of place. The food was fantastic. As you come to expect from these fine dining places, each meal has several components, complimenting each other with flavours and textures. Charred pumpkin, battered cauliflower, duck breast, fillet steak and the sweet course of sorbet were all high quality. Our friends felt that sous vide meat loses its texture comapred to cooking steak on a pan, hence they weren't a huge fan. The vegetarian guest felt her jackfruit lacked some flavours. Overall, a fantastic first experience and we all agreed we will be back for more."
