Ibbi's Q - Dunedin

What Cynthia Ortiz (Cindy) likes about Ibbi's Q:
The gentleman working the food truck was extremely friendly and helpful. The barbecue food was good, if I didn't get sauce to go with, I think I would have been a little disappointed. To me it seem to be a little on the dry side. I also got the mac andcheese for a side, wasn't a creamy mac and cheese like I was expecting but it was okay. I like supporting local places. Only had one time so maybe it was just a bad day. Ribs were definitely not smoked long enough, very chewy and hard to get off the bone. Ibbis sandwich was good. Beans are very good. Slaw is good. Mac n cheese is ok. View all feedback.
