Allens is a magical place. It is not just a coffee shop but sells furniture, homeward and lovely nick backs for the Christmas. We only stopped for coffee but ended up staying longer to shop. Went to this beautiful exterior of a cafe today but extremely disappointed with the whole experience. From the minute we walked in no acknowledgement of custom. Waitresses did not engage or interact in any way. Place was cold and no atmosphere. No water available and coffee never arrived or food after a lengthy wait. We left unfed and got meal refunded.
