Great place to stop off and get a tasty bite to eat. Large food menu with tasty traybakes and deserts and gorgeous ristretto coffee. Very friendly staff.

Passing through and spotted The Diamond as I was gasping for a cappuccino. We jumped in here . We where greeted and seated quickly and we ordered chicken salads...

"UPDATE: There has been issues with this place the last three visits in a row-items missing from the order, overcooked/burnt food and no apology when pointed out. As mentioned, it's a pleasant cafe in a good location but the standard of food and service leaves much to be desired. This is a pleasant cafe/restaurant in a good location. The food is reasonably priced however the service is slow, the food was overcooked and the portion sizes are insufficient. On my last visit, I was waiting circa ten minutes for the order to be taken then circa 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Other patrons were also waiting for a similar period. The restaurant was busy but not excessively so. An additional side dish was ordered(due to the small portion size) but it didn't arrive. I would go back to this restaurant but the above-mentioned issues need to be addressed."

"My wife and I arrived on a busy Saturday night, got a warm greeting and were shown quickly to a table. Drinks order taken quickly as was food order. There was plenty of choice of food. We ordered cod (one oven baked, one breaded) -both were excellent. Top marks to the Ryandale on what was obviously a very busy night."

"Would eat something here and be honest, eating is excellent and so the service is to go with it. the staff is also very friendly and helpful and nothing is ever a more disturbing one that we will always be very well served!"
