"We have been going to Little ship club for many years for lunch. Food has always been excellent and customer service has always been good. It has always been our go to on Straddie.But Sundays experience ruined it for us.When we went to order our food, my mother asked for a menu to take to our outside tables and the girl taking the orders said to “get a camera and take a photo of the blackboard” as they don’t have any menus.Maybe she doesn’t realise there are stillpeople who don’t have phones or don’t carry them to order food.The Menu is not what is on the website. They had very limited selection of food.When I asked the girl taking our order why it wasn’t the same she said there was new kitchen staff.Hubby and mum had calamari, chips and salad for $24. 5 heavily buttered calamari rings and heaps of chips. There was more batter than the calamari.I paid $20 for 300gm of prawns, which when I got them, there were only 8 in the tiny bucket them came in. They weren’t even on ice like they used to be. Just some water underneathI also ordered 1/2 dozen oysters. I asked how much for a dozen. When told $42 for a dozen of small oysters I said not to worry about the dozen and to keep the 1/2 dozen. When I picked up my order there were no oysters and the same girl actually argued with me in length saying I said to forget them. I told her I didn’t say that and she said she knew what I had said and I had to let it go because she wouldn’t. Rude!LSC, you need to change the menu on the website and teach the girl taking the order good customer service"

"First time visit last night, excellent little place with amazing beer on tap. The Burger, Chips and Beer deal was tops! Best burger I've had in a while. The BYO food idea is great. Super friendly and knowledgeable owners. Thanks heaps for a great nite."

"I almost don't want to judge it too high or otherwise everyone will learn about this great little place. beer are icey cold the burgers are honest to quality unpredictable fresh and tasty. the passout is exactly what they want on an island to make them feel like they are gone from everything. make sure they want to return to a low flut. make sure they check their route on a map when they come with the boot. many sandbars to hold. that enjoyed it very much."

"Was a local at this particular restaurant, lived literally around the corner. Ate take away and have eaten there when I really couldnt cook. They are superrrbbbb! The staff are always so nice, so polite and so professional. They have music nights on Fridays, a neighbor of mine played there was was fantastic. Just a really nice vibe. I always got the steak, they had an absolutely divine potato scollop cake thing *drool* they stopped doing that but it was still delicious food. Some of the desserts you cant take home with you but just ask about it and they can let you know."
