The bbq has a wonderful smokiness and is tender. Brisket, ribs and chicken all good. I would like to ask the chef to completely throw out the hot and medium sauce and start from scratch to create a new one. Like a Chipotle or cumin flavor does not go with the food at all. Everybody loves BBQ just don't expect to be wowed. I personally am a Mac and cheese guy i will get it where it's offered but it's nothing to write home about here, the potato salad unknowingly tastes like it's made with cranberry sauce?
