What DavidS likes about Basan-:
This was only our second time here in two years. This was an early Sunday evening dinner and there seemed to be no activity at DPAC or the ball park, so it was quiet and not crowded. The meal however was great. We will be back on another trip to Durham. read more.

As always, Basan's food is really good, especially the sushi. When the restaurant fills up it gets pretty loud, and difficult to hold a conversation with someone across the table. The service this time was not great I wasn't even offered a refill on my iced tea, and with wasabi that spicy, iced tea is a must, in large quantities.
