"I love Happy+Hale. It's a great place for a quick lunch/dinner if you're wanting something relatively healthy but still filling. Also love that they have a some great vegan options, including the coconut curry tofu and the beyond bulgogi bowls (although you really could also have so many options by making your own bowl). "I had pupusas and pollo con tajadas (chicken with fried green bananas) really good. Their Pupusas are the best in Hillsborough and one of the best in Durham. Place is very clean and friendly staff."

"What a treat. Our first visit so we stayed pretty basic. Everything we ordered was delicious! We got the strawberry shaved ice and a chocolate “waffle” both very generous potions. It’s not the fastest turnaround but everyone is busy. We did purposely chose a quiet time of day week and surprisingly we were not the only party there. Will definitely try to be more adventurous with my selection next time."
