it sounds like their menu changes quite often and I did not see the vegan tempo sandwich on their website, so I shot them an email. they responded in less than 90 seconds and told me that they are not currently in trial, but would whip me something more similar with a sweet potato puree. omgg was sooo good. a so sweet little load and clear very nice and flexible for all people. the bookstore a block over let her sit... This is the best sandwich in the Triangle. It’s gotten really popular, but still worth the wait.Vegetarian options: The fried eggplant sandwiches are delicious.
