I had always liked this location for the great selection and cleanliness. Yesterday was a huge disappointment. It smelled horrible, floors were filthy, quite a few flavors weren't available/machine not working, toppings were not neat, hot fudge pump was coated in gunk/handle dirty, counters were dirty, and music was blasting right by the register.
