I'm not sure why, but when I went to the restaurant, I was told that I had to place my order online to dine in. So I placed my order online, and when I arrived at the restaurant, the cashier already knew my order. It was a bit strange, but the food was delicious and the staff was quick, friendly, and professional. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
only 3 stands open to customers. the opposite side and the entire opposite side of the restaurant were roped to the customers. the server has cleaned one of them for us. many eat and mash under table that were not cleaned, so we had to kick the müll away from our feet. service was good and server were polite. View all feedback.
The server was very pleasant. The coffee was good. However, my chicken Texas melt was burnt and the chicken was overcooked and dry.
The service was excellent. Our server, Scott, was very friendly and helpful with menu selections. The food was delicious and the service was fast and efficient!
