The fruit teas are very good! I got the sunrise and it was delicious. They have a wide selection of boba options too! The onigiri was also tasty, and the smalls are large. Yes service is a little slow but they?re making onigiri and tea, so I feel like that?s expected. Everywhere is understaffed right now, you just have to be understanding. So disappointing. My main meal was missing and they crossed it off my receipt which I guess means they were out? So why not call me. The shrimp tempura ball should have had crab meat in it and it didn?t, and I paid for both bubble tea and my meal (neither showed up). was so excited but this was an awful experience.
