"We hooked rather short notice for a party of 10, but they squeezed us in I am so glad they did. The food is amazing! The staff are so friendly and dead chatty. We got 4 starters to share amongst us all plates cleared enjoyed by all, especially the Tia Rose. We all got different mains every single one had no complaints. Absolutely beautiful, ever so tasty flavoursome. Will definitely be back"

"We have been visiting this restaurant for many years and always found the food to be very good with friendly staff who were always helpful and efficient We returned to the restaurant for the first time since the restrictions were lifted and the food served...up was average at best. The staff who tended to our table were very poor and in particular one waiter who was both rude and abrupt. The people on the next table to ourselves also voiced their disappointment about the food and the rude behaviour of the waiter mentioned We won’t be going back as their are plenty of other Italian restaurants in the city who serve far better food and provide superior service from their staff"

"Around 19 clock on new years advised eve as per booking. another table. later, two more couples came up in a total of 4 tabs. room was freezing, so they had to ask to put heating. had to ask her to write music to drink something. no waiter service. ordered food for 4 of us at 19:30 o'clock. an hour later no food had arrived. another table complained and suggested that they should bring poppadome out, so we have some of them with the pickle tablet, waiter it fell on the table and spilled over table cloth and man. At 9 o'clock we followed our food order, as no one had updated us. the other table of 8 people had not received any food. the restaurant took the pickup orders over the phone, but was not worried at all about the 4 occupied tables in the restaurant, which all had received no food in 2 hours. Finally we left the restaurant after over 2 hours after we had not received our meals. they had the good idea not to invite us for the drinks we had, but no excuses and no explanations. will never return to this restaurant because the service did not exist and the limited staff was not interested at all."
