just went to the worst Tim Hortons ever. 25 minutes in line and instead of an apology a saw sarcastic and rude comment followed up with criticism for the company I work for as I was coming through on my lunch. they wasted 25 minutes of it. unacceptable and I'll never be back. you guys just lost a coffee drinker who drinks twice a day at least one cup.
