What User likes about Dunkin':
We come here for Donuts at least once a week, and we are never disappointed with what they have in stock, and the Drive-Thru line is moving fast. If we had a problem, we send the store by email and the manager is very fast to make repairs (not the correct number of Munchkins, for example). I used to love coming here but over the years the customer service has really gone down and same with the products given out. I had been coming here every Thursday since August and 9/10 times my order is completely messed up and when brought up to theworkers I get a load of attitude and disrespect.
