Jamba - Feedback

What Buster Ecks likes about Jamba:
Manager (or at least I think he was the manager) was super accommodating and nice. I was attempting to use a Jamba app reward but his computer was not allowing me to redeem it. After a quick work around he figured it out and allowed me to redeem it.More surprisingly is that HE apologized the the app's problem. Truly a stand up guy! Main reason for removing stars: This is in the Tanger Outlets and is a bit of a walk from the parking lot, and I had a little trouble finding it so I had to ask around. Having never been to the Outlets I was unaware of this and was hoping to pick up my pickup order pretty quickly so I was disappointed in how long it took me to walk to and from to pick it up.
