Just popped up after a trip to the seaside on the bank holiday. We were a little concerned about the cleanliness of the front of house wait area but I have to say the food we picked up was delicious, everything was cooked really well, nothing was too greasy, food was of good quality and all cooked fresh in front of us. What Nigel Kay doesn't like about Mr Chips:
Pizzas were burnt, so called chicken pieces tasted of rubber, just overall tasteless. Also delivered the wrong pizza, manager refused to acknowledge their mistake and was extremely rude, attempting to charge extra for another disgusting pizza which we obviously refused. View all feedback.
Under new management, used to be so much better. I can't recommend them anymore
Cheap takeaway food, delivery is always good but the often get orders wrong so best to collect in person. Gets busy with drinkers at a weekend.
