Wild Sage Bistro - e Falls

Great food. Great cocktails. Great atmosphere. I highly recommend a visit to Wild Sage!

We got our meal to go for two tweens and two adults. We got the burger, pesto pasta, duck confit and flank steak. All options were very delicious and beautiful. Loved all the sauces and homemade condiments. All were equally tasty. Everyone was hungry, so didn't have a chance to take pics for review but can certainly say that when we visit spokane again, we will definitely come back. We got all 3 desserts and I can't say which one is better than the other. Coconut cake is very summery, fluffy and light [for a cake]. The creme brulee was so smooth and decadent and the chocolate cake was very rich. 5 stars all around!

I've been dreaming about going here for ages. It lived up to the dream. Our waiter was THE BEST with hysterical stories and caring about my allergy issues. The Duck Duck Goose was perfect. Cocktails were fantastic, well-crafted, and adjusted for each person's preference. The pork tenderloin was equally good. And the popovers were perfectly cooked and such a treat!

My party went to the restaurant to celebrate a birthday. They had gotten our reservation wrong by one hour and were understaffed because of it. It took almost 30 minutes before we received our appetizer. Then when the dinner orders came out I received the wrong order. Salmon instead of rack of lamb, it was promptly exchanged. My wife ordered pesto fettuccine, she discovered that they had put shrimp in the dish. This is a add-on option she did not order and she has a severe allergy to shell fish. Unfortunately she had eaten from the plate already. They apologized and gave her another order and removed the item from the bill and gave us free desserts. The owner came to the table seemed very whatever about the situation. We don't make a scene in public over accidents but this experience was horrible for a up scale restraunt. My wife was sick for the entire next day and couldn't go to the show after dinner because of this!!! The area of the city there location is in is also riddled with homeless people who harassed us coming out of the restaurant. I will never go back to this place ever again and highly discourage anyone I talk too about this Wild Sage. The entire experience was a disaster from the beginning.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL FOOD SERVICE! Overview- 1. Fresh Food: 10/10 2. Service: 10/10– Highlights: Sean the server spectacular service, one important I’ll be a recurrent customer. 3. Portion sizing: Large/Shareable (apps and deserts) Visited from Los Angeles on business and was recommended to try. Every appetizer and dish I had was outstanding. Sean was my server, I would like to take the rest of this review to show my absolute appreciation for outstanding waiters— Sean not only provided wonderful recommendations on the menu, he was an expert on the ingredients associated with each course (apps to dessert), he also to the time to get to know me as a single diner and make my experience incredibly personalized, the Chef also came out and greeted me while asking how my meal was, I hope if any owners are reading this… you have wonderful team members and they will be the sole reason (aside from outstanding fresh food) I’ll travel back. Sean I would like to thank you for your assistance in the wonky bill mishap, you’re amazing at what you, keep up the great work everyone. I’ll see you soon as I will definitely be back. 10/10
