Went through the driveway and they were very friendly, but the frappe was literally a block of ice with a little bit of coffee flavoring. The ice was not blended well at all and it had no flavor. View all feedback.
I went in today in order the wrong size coffee ask. What was the difference in upgrading it to a larger size? They told me don't worry about it and gave me the venti and the grande for the original price.
I love Starbucks but I always try to avoid this location specifically. The staff here can be incredibly rude and today there were two of them at the register complaining about how busy it was as one is in the middle of taking my order. Just not a good look for the business in my opinion, makes customers not want to return. The Homer Glen location is my favorite, the staff there are always so nice and welcoming and overall just seemed more organized despite how busy it can get there also.
Don't put this shift on day crew. You'll be waiting all day no since of urgency

Specifically asked for light ice on my pick up order and got ice filled to the bottom. This has happened several times and if it is not an option do not make it one to choose. I do not want to give the baristas a hard time or cause an inconvenience when dealing with this. But I won’t continue to pay 10 bucks at this location for a drink that has specific details.
