What Delia Hamill doesn't like about Rodizio Brasil:
Terrible experience. Worse Brazilian “steakhouse” in North America. Nothing compared with Copacabana or Touros in Toronto. Waitress didn’t know what beers they had and which they didn’t, they don’t know the difference between rare meat and medium meat, salad bar seems to be 4 or 5 days old, and after all that, waitress reminded me to give her tips, to which I respectfully said NO to. The service may seem poor if you're not familiar with Brazilian customs. In Brazilian culture, servers give you space and only approach if you signal for them. This is different from Western standards where frequent check-ins are seen as good service. Be aware of this cultural difference and don't hesitate to signal for service when needed. However, others praised the authenticity of the food, with one reviewer noting that it reminded their Brazilian coworker of home. While the service was criticized for being slow and lacking in skills, others found it to be friendly and enjoyable. Overall, the restaurant seems to have a variety of experiences, with some recommending it for the authentic food while others suggest avoiding it altogether.
