"The place has a very distinct smell. Like a roach infestation scent. The food was okay. I got the kung pao chicken and in my opinion Panda Express kung pao chicken has more taste. The chicken lacked taste. Overall, it was okay."

"Short staff, for the first time in Firehouse Subs, long waiting time, received soup in containers that were all spilled on the outside of the container. Eating wasn't what I expected. Bad quality for the price. I asked for the price of cookies, was said .79 cents after I paid, I checked my entrance and was overloaded for cookies. The staff is not able to maintain with customers. Sold out on many foods in the menu. Bad service! I expected my sub tasted good, but was very disappointed due to the expensive prices. Not sure I'm back to Firehouse Subs! Higher management needs to help this location improve all areas!"
