What Nick doesn't like about Classic Saigon:
Nothing classic about this place. If you're Asian or know Asian food. Avoid this place. Pho broth has no flavor. Broth taste like water with artificial flavor. Condiments is only siricha hoisin sauce. Where is the chili oil, black pepper, fish sauce, fried garlic? Pho didn't feel authentic. The chef who made it is probably not Asian. My wife and I visited one of our favorite Vietnamese restaurants: Classic Saigon. After trying nearly every item on the menu, we found our favorite dishes.
