Look, I realize that you can’t expect world class sushi (or even average) in Minneapolis. But my experience at Hissho sushi was just awful. The “roll” wasn’t even put together. It was just a pile of rice and some fish. I’ve never been served sushi this way before. Price was around $25. read more.
