I’ve been wanting to try Hoban for a while because I love Korean cuisine. There are not a lot of places in MN offering Korean food unfortunately. Anyway, I ordered dolsot bibimbap (pork and kimchi). It was really good. The spice level was not overpowering that you cannot taste the food anymore unlike other places. I just wish it had more pork pieces.My husband ordered beef bulgogi. What Tom Stebbing doesn't like about Hoban Korean:
Several times when we have gone with our family (6 to 10 of us) they are not very good at timing the food. It trickles out at different times. A few people are still waiting for food while others are finishing up their meals. View all feedback.
