We went here based on some recommendations, but were left sorely disappointed. The chicken tacos were completely flavorless and overcooked, and the side of rice was dry. The seafood chili was entirely cream and cheese that I found fairly disgusting. My wife also found a hair in her food. Whenever someone comes to visit, we take them to Diego's. It's always excellent service, food and drink. My favorite restaurant in Central Oregon.
