So far I have to say this is the best Hilton Garden Inn we have stayed at. Once you enter your amazed at the large open lobby with warm lodge style upscale stone fireplaces and and woodworking. Lobby is beautiful. Rooms are quite comfortable and recommend the river views. Evening room service is provided by the hotel via Bardenay distillery across the parking lot. Staff and front desk are great and accommodating , Br... View all feedback.
What phillip n doesn't like about Hilton Garden Inn:
Bad beds. Creaky bad beds. Outdated charging options. They advertise breakfast, but neglect to tell you it is an additional fee. Just not a good experience for the price. Whatever... it's Idaho. The land of let's get what we can and sell it off before anyone finds out. Pathetic View all feedback.
The room is nice. $300 balcony over the Boise River. What I wasn't too thrilled about was nothing but coffee was complimentary. No Juice, No cold cereal, No muffins, etc. Their $10 breakfast buffet consists of hard boiled eggs, yogurt cereal. You can sit down and order a breakfast just like a Denny's. At many hotels at least you can grab an apple or banana tomato juice. At these room rates you'd think they'd have a continental breakfast. Not here. Get your plastic out.
Nice location and all the rooms seem to have a view to the Boise River (that's a cool plus). Check in and check out was easy since you can do everything mobile now. The hotel is located to a lot of food locations (walking or driving distance) making it easy when hungry. The hotel was very nice inside and out. The room had all the basics. I wish that the toiletries were a bit better but not a big deal or a deal breaker for us. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
Was here recently for a wedding that brought family from over a dozen states into town, and this hotel handled it fabulously! Clean, comfortable rooms, decent enough breakfast, and in a great location to get places easily. The only complaint, if i'm being honest, was the night manager was honestly one of the rudest individuals i've ever run into inside the service industry. However, she was the outlier for an otherwise amazing team that went the extra mile to make sure our family was well taken care of and treated like special guests!

If I could give 10 I would. I was on a work trip for a while, and this was my stay. Starting off with the location, you are close to everything, so you can even go for a walk and get coffee or go eat. They have a Bardenay right next to the hotel as well, so food and drinks are steps away. But what really made my stay a fantastic experience was the staff there; they will go above and beyond to take care of you and accommodate your needs. I unfortunately don't remember how to spell their names, so forgive me if I make a mistake, but Dshawn, Kora, and the other 4 lovely ladies at the front desk, everyone was so nice and always helping out, so shoutout to everyone in this hotel because they're doing an amazing job!. Lastly, my favorite part about this hotel was the lobby and how spacious it is, as well as the views I had from my balcony and the trail right behind the hotel! It's perfect for families and safe for children; the number of times I saw kids enjoying time outdoors behind this hotel was so precious! I'd always go on walks every morning after having breakfast at the hotel, which was also 10/10, especially their biscuits and gravy! So again, shoutout to the kitchen members and everyone around because this place is the perfect stay!
