Placed order on Saturday night and was told to pick up in 20min. Got to the shop 25 min after call and was told it wasn't ready and would be another 6 min. 15 min later, still waiting. Asked what was happening and was told further 2 min. Apology offered but means nothing when you've got hungry children.
