Sonic Drive-in - Easley

I ordered my food in the app. someone dropped the ball, and I didn't get my food for a few minutes after it was said it was delivered to me. I had to press the red button to ask for it. they finally found my ticket after my name and what I ordered, and it was then that I was informed that they ran out of pimple frets the day before. my eating was not hot when I got it. I was so ready to go that I wasn't even interested in this job. I had another appointment to hold and felt like I had gone after. pretty sure they were just short staff because they locked up around 17 o'clock.

I personally love sonic. I'm good hits on a hot day is my favorite, but the last few times I had been hit during the happy hour with an extremely rude girl in the drive through. not only does she not seem to know what she is doing, she has a very bad attitude while she does that. last time I was there, I was shouted to “speak up” in a very dismayed ton. Our order was messed up, but the sweet girl in the window repaired it for us. was not back much sense the experience.

I love sonic so much it’s the best great service my brother works their and he makes great burgers my brother is Michael so hopefully my brother made y’all’s burgers also I LOVE THE SLUSHYS

Try the new pickle fries, they are delish! Can't go wrong with mozzarella sticks either! Love their tots too! Sonic is the snack spot for our family and happy hour drinks, so many to choices!

Pull into the drive thru to get breakfast before work. Which I double checked the hours of operations to make sure I wasn't too early. I was there at 7:50am. I waited for 15 mins at the speaker, no one ever greeted me nor did any one answer when I spoked. Pull up to the window again no one answered. Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I ended up leaving and not ordering anything. I haven't been back since, nor do I plan on it.
