What Laney Knapp doesn't like about Starbucks:
I always have problems with this store, mostly their hours and long wait times. The drinks always come out as ordered (which is good). It is drive thru only after 10 AM. How does that make any sense?! Starbucks is supposed to be a place to sit inside and do homework, meet people, use the internet, etc. I end up waiting 20-30 mins in the drive thru line.
