Hmmm....hard not to compare to other local breweries- because there is not comparison that would be fair. Palate based experience- bland beers with not a lot of flavor. I may have watered the plant with my tasters. The flight came in plastic cups...okay, understandable but they were handed to us on what appeared to be.
