had a Christmas meal on Sunday 18/12/17). you have to say what an absolutely fantastic meal and I am in the really good at moaning), but it was first-class, generous portions and good service. the deep fried braut was for dying!, although most of my family spided me!. finally awliscombe has a pub to be proud. also very favorable. try it, they will not be disappointed. I checked on line for opening times and it said 1200hrs. I went on their website to look at menus and it also said open at 1200hrs. We got there at around 1215hrs on Thursday 8th to find a sign saying not open till 1600hrs. No point having a website if it shows duff information.
