A nice location in Exeter with a good sized car park that costs £5.00 per night. We had a double room which was decent enough....not the best but OK for a night. The curtain backs were in shreds and we found an invasive species of the Ladybird on the bed! Other than that the bedroom was OK, if a touch tired! Lifts worked which was great, although the corridor carpets weren't the best. Staff very friendly and helpful... View all feedback.

Very disappointed, room unclean , twin room as away with friend, one bed not fit for purpose , mattress sunk in the middle due to missing slats, threadbare curtains and generally not clean . Only alternative when we complained was a single room meaning we were separated and we had come away as friends together, no offer of a refund , refund of breakfast or parking just nothing!!
