Please ignore poor ratings for this pub. We visited for Sunday lunch we hadn’t booked but were welcomed and seated straight away. Large choice on the menu. We decided on the roast me being vegetarian went for the nut roast which I am quite particular about and rarely like pub nut roasts. Our meal was served during a busy time in around 20 minutes. Service was very slow the staff did not know dietary information about the food (e.g. gluten free . Soup seemed to be out of a tin. Main course was very poor.
