last minute we booked a table when we arrived in the opposite and had a nice experience from beginning to end. from the reception at the door through the inviting owner, to amazing service throughout. the menu was really good, although this was a difficult thing to decide what was to choose, so the four of us choose different meal times, so we share and try to visit some of them! beautiful decor and great atmosphere... What User doesn't like about Garvie Co:
a few drinks for a couple as it is the largest place in milngavie and only allowed table service, it was the only place where we could get a table. service very slow, wait approx. 10 minutes before the waitress took our drink order. the atmosphere was okay, nice and cozy, but when the toilets visited was very untidy disappointed, obviously not regularly checked or even repaired as toilet roll holder and soap dispense...
