"First time visit and certainly won 't be the last. The expression A hidden gem springs to mind and is very appropriate. Owner/chef/owner David certainly knows his onions as they and is backed up by marvellous staff . This is NOT an Italian restaurant but one which serves up the usual favourites plus a well balanced menu to suit everyone and is of the highest quality. "I've been in Beirut Star a few times and both the food and drink on each occasion has been sublime. The ingredients for both the food and drink are fresh, so the taste is excellent. The service from the friendly staff is quick and attentive, but not non-intrusive or over-bearing. I thoroughly recommend a visit to this restaurant."
