I went here on the recommendation of a friend after seeing photos of the pumpkin croquette and Chilli scrambled eggs.

Having missed the brunch menu we came in for a late lunch / early dinner when the menu changes over at 3pm.

Abacus recently opened in South Yarra.

"Sweet Baby Jesus this ice cream is remarkable! I’d been out to the pictures with friends and to finish our lovely day, it was suggested that we drop into Miss Gina’s for an ice cream. I’m not generally an ice cream lover but it was hot, our outing and the movie had been extremely pleasant which served to make me compliant to the idea. Well. I’m officially a Miss Gina’s lover. My orange variety was fresh, flavoursome and REAL, the mint choc chip had the best chocolate through it. It’s a wonderful asset to our area and the owners were so friendly. So glad we stopped in."

"Absolutely divine food and service every time we have been privileged to have digested in alma. Eating is just so fresh and tasty and the service is wonderful. our interstate and very well gereiste guests have traveled to sydney (as we knew that they would! dietary restrictions: mama is very allergic to shellfish, so that the menu is 99% good for them, but restaurant is always happy to adapt dinge so that we can dinate without worrying."

"Best coffee in Geelong area. We travelled far to get one of these epic coffees! Highly recommend if you actually want a decent coffee. Just isn’t open sundays, but worth a visit any other day!"

"Cheeky little lunch on a friday and the team shamshed it outta the park. If you have stuff to do after lunch get the non alcoholic matching. Super diverse and fermented in house! Serice was chilled, yet they could talk the talk and walk the walk. As for food.... Dammmm! Id leave my 3 kids and wife to eat the smoked tomatoes and oyster mushroom and cabbage leaf dish. (Don't worry I do not have kids). I have dined and worked in fine dining all over the world. So listen to me when I say guys do it really well. There are some recent hater reviews on here talking about not enough food and too expencive ect. For a 2 hat resturant the price is super reasonable. Also I left content and happy THIS IS THE IDEA! Best thing to happen to geelong! Much peace and love!"
