Great upmarket wine bar in the heart of the city near the Village theater. Excellent staff, wine and tapas style food. No beer served so a little more "posh" then the local pubs and bars. Understandably it can be crowed so be early. A credit to the owners. View all feedback.

What Tess Carter doesn't like about Union Street Wine:
Great location, great set up, arrogant staff. Totally ignored after we ordered wine, no bother discussing wines or our next drink. Didn't bother asking if we wanted food. Served everyone around us. Would not recommend. View all feedback.

Good food selection, we had the selection plate. Delicious wine which was reasonably priced, funky bar and not too busy... At 3pm. Would go back.

"Sweet Baby Jesus this ice cream is remarkable! I’d been out to the pictures with friends and to finish our lovely day, it was suggested that we drop into Miss Gina’s for an ice cream. I’m not generally an ice cream lover but it was hot, our outing and the movie had been extremely pleasant which served to make me compliant to the idea. Well. I’m officially a Miss Gina’s lover. My orange variety was fresh, flavoursome and REAL, the mint choc chip had the best chocolate through it. It’s a wonderful asset to our area and the owners were so friendly. So glad we stopped in."
