I LOVE this place for dinner, it’s my favorite place in EGF/GF. Their mac cheese is my absolute favorite! However, today I tried their new brunch menu I was super disappointed to find that the waffles are frozen they just heat them. I was really expecting fresh made waffles. Lady refused to acknowledge me waited at the door for over 10 minutes for a pick up order on April 19th @11:55am and then I asked her how much longer she said I did not see you I’m literally standing at the door how blind are you!!! And she told me I should wait at the bar. Not great customer service either. Just plain horrible.. but I guess it comes with the territory of being in a democrat state.. read more.
