"Picked up our takeout order. We’ve always had a great meal. Last night was ok but the shredded crispy chilly beef was awful, some were ok but the majority was tough stringy and inedible. Very disappointing, after so many good meals from here."

"Myself and my partner went to the restaurant this Saturday evening . It is one of the best thai restaurants in the South East of England the taste and presentation of food first class . My partner is thai and she did not once complain about the food at all and trust me that's a first . Would highly recommend to come and enjoy the food and flavours here . "After visiting multiple times in the past we were very disappointed to visit during 'Eat out to help out '. They were obviously overbooking and didn 't even care for our reservation name when we turned up. Had to wait 20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated and then after being placed outside with a darkening sky we still weren 't served for another 40 minutes (not even for drinks . After finally being served I asked to be moved inside as I couldn 't see my partner let alone any food that may turn up. Then waited a further 50 minutes for starter to turn up (10pm by then and this is after we were asked if we 'd actually ordered! . The food was great as per previous visits but the service and overbooking of the restaurant was atrocious. Won 't be going back for a while after this experience."
