Ordered vegan mushroom and ale pie for one of my guests . We waited ages for main me as last to come out and when they did the pie was still frozen in middle . Told staff about it and waited a long time for a new pie to out . When it arrived it was still cold in middle but didn’t want to complain because other 7 members had already eaten their food. Were told we would get money refunded but wasn’t read more.
