I really enjoyed the build your own salad from David Alan. Their ingredients are always fresh, and the pricing blows other local competition out of the water. The quantity they give you is more than fair in this inflationary environment. Most other places have used the shrinkflation technique where they charge the same price for half the quantity. Really professional catering group, they make a great effort to work with you and exactly what you want. The food and presentations are 5 stars!
