This is the place to make your baccala..superior to grocery baccala..pricey but worth it..especially if you have a lot of time and effort to make this stufg
I almost hesitate to spread the word for fear of spoiling this gem, but apparently they've been so good for so long that it's an Italian dynasty.
Always make it a point to stop when I'm in North Jersey. The food is incredibly delicious and the portions leave you full for the next two days!
