"I can't find the cake to express my satisfaction with the service and eat it! these people regularly go out of their way to provide me their excellent service all the way away in Hartford while they offer grad a service! it seems as if an excellent customer service had been a thing of past, but not with this restaurant. they go beyond and beyond each time and I salute them for their excellent service. "We drove two hours just to try this place, and I have to say it did not disappoint! Everything from their appetizers, to the dessert was just so delicious and fresh. "Great pizza n wings! queen tried pizza last night for first time for buffalo wings and a veggie pizza. wings were excellent. large, well cooked and tender, and the buffalo season was full taste (not only warm), but with a good amount of warmth. even the blue cheese was top notch. the veggie pizza was also delicious, crust was like Greek style to me and had good taste. the toppings were plentiful and fresh. sauce had something to eat to him (I didn't even have to add salt, which I usually do for veggie pizza). will definitely be back to queen pizza!"

"It was Mom's birthday I made a reservation and made a special request. Upon arrival, the hostess did not wait for my reservation. We quickly became a table, not in the best position. Various servers would drop the articles on the table and then get rid of them, so it was difficult to communicate or ask questions for sauces, water, etc. After several attempts, I was able to send the server that our final order about the celebration of a birthday, we ordered Dessert and a group came by to sing happy birthday. It was a funny gesture, but they put a hat on my brother's head and started singing. We were disappointed because it was the wrong person at the table. I had specifically indicated my mother's name in our reservation the purpose of booking together with the special requests. Later I received an e-mail that I missed my reservation, so obviously the hostess got everything wrong from the beginning and ruined the entire plan and reservation. No complaints about eating it was okay and overall it is a fun restaurant. However, communication was definitely a problem."
