had visited a friend from earth and we were looking for a nice place to have a light lunch, so I suggested vardons. I enjoy eating there at lunchtime. the greeting is always friendly by the staff. it has a beautiful informal atmosphere. service is polite and efficient. the girls are very attentive and friendly. eating is consistently good with many choices. we enjoyed a cozy lunch and never felt rushed. What User doesn't like about Vardon's:
the hotel is located right next to the golf shop and serves a lighter breakfast if they don't like the large hotel buffet. we ordered a piece toast that took almost an hour to come as everything comes out of the top floor, hotel breakfast kitchen....The waitress was really embarrassing and apologetic, but we did not go back.
