"Another excellent meal at 111. second visit and second time with the tasting menu, which is excellent value for money. we arrived at 8.20/8.25 for a 8.30 booking. our table was not ready and they were very apologetic, around 8.33 we got a free glass prosecco every and our table was ready 5 minutes later. excellent customer service that guarantees a resignation visit."

"Somehow this unusual eatery has escaped mainstream media. So to redress that, the deal I struck with the staff, Iforfeiting giving them a gratuity agreeding to leave a review online. Although I dined alone today , I enjoyed the food and hospitality, whilst questioning whether there music was conjuicive to relaxed digestive health? eating."

"Pizzas were wonderful and superb value. The place needs some TLC. Seating is old sticky ripped cracked and way past its best. Service was lovely. Apparently the boys won't let them add tips onto your bill which I think is just awful. I'll be back with cash to tip the server."

"Doesn't look fancy from the outside but don't be put off. Food is fantastic, portions are huge, and all really reasonably priced. Staff really nice too. None of my family except my wife speak Polish plus my dad is very elderly and has dementia, but everyone was really patient and friendly to both him and us even though the restaurant was very busy. Will be back!"

"I started using Skirlies deliveries, amongst others,during lock down' partly to support local businesses who were likely to be struggling. This is the only place I still order from. I've never had reason to complain about the food. On the odd occasion when they can't fully fill an order, because they have been so busy, there's always a phone call asking if you'd like to swap something or change/cancel your order. Great customer service. I love the breakfasts here, my payday weekend treat. The cakes are delicious and fresh. I've never had a reason to complain about anything, except not being able to eat everything I ordered!"

"What a divine brunch. I had lamb tagins, apricots and two egg qualities and it was simply the best brunch I ever had anywhere in the world! my friend had a vegeterian court and that was also divine! the service was on couple with food quality. only excellent! I think it's right to go to the brunch every week. if you didn't try, do it. you will be amazed!"

"I'm here, really good food! both had to start bruscheta. Nice. only negatiw for me were the discs of the raw garlic in it. we both had it. we had huh and stornoway blackpudding on kartoffelmash and berry jus that was fantastic and penne arabbiata was great. we ordered garlic bread that was massive! Maybe next time order half a part. great food, service and wine. hidden gem and will be back!"
